1. About Bonatt
Bonatt is a hotel, meeting venue, and event location sourcing service.
We help clients find suitable hotels, meeting rooms, event venues, group accommodation, and related hospitality services.
Bonatt does not own, operate, or manage hotels, venues, meeting rooms, or accommodation providers. We act as an independent intermediary between clients and relevant hotels, venues, suppliers, or partners.
2. How the Service Works
When you submit a request to Bonatt, we may use the information you provide to:
- understand your needs
- contact relevant hotels, venues, or suppliers
- request availability, pricing, and offers
- send you suitable options
- assist with communication before a possible booking
Examples of requests include hotel rooms, meeting rooms, conferences, company events, group stays, corporate travel, and related services.
3. Free Service for Clients
Bonatt does not charge clients for submitting a request or receiving sourcing assistance.
If a booking is completed with a hotel, venue, supplier, or partner introduced or sourced by Bonatt, Bonatt may receive a commission, referral fee, or similar compensation from that hotel, venue, supplier, or partner.
This commission does not create an additional direct fee payable by the client to Bonatt, unless otherwise clearly agreed in writing.
4. No Guarantee of Availability or Price
Bonatt will try to find relevant and suitable options based on the information provided by the client.
However, we do not guarantee:
- availability
- final prices
- specific hotels or venues
- specific room types
- specific meeting facilities
- successful booking confirmation
- that an offer will remain available
Prices, availability, and conditions may change before a booking is confirmed.
5. Booking and Contract with Hotels or Suppliers
Any booking is made with the relevant hotel, venue, supplier, or booking partner.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bonatt is not a party to the final booking contract between the client and the hotel, venue, supplier, or partner.
The hotel, venue, supplier, or partner may have its own terms and conditions, including terms related to payment, cancellation, changes, no-shows, deposits, liability, check-in and check-out, event rules, damage, and guest conduct.
The client is responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms before confirming a booking.
6. Client Responsibilities
When submitting a request, the client must provide accurate and complete information.
This may include dates, location preferences, number of guests or participants, number of rooms needed, meeting or event requirements, budget, contact details, and any special requirements.
The client is responsible for informing Bonatt about changes that may affect the request or booking.
7. Hotel and Supplier Responsibility
Hotels, venues, suppliers, and partners are responsible for the services they provide.
Bonatt is not responsible for the hotel’s or supplier’s performance, including but not limited to room quality, food and beverage services, meeting facilities, accessibility, safety at the property, service level, overbooking, cancellations by the hotel or supplier, or errors in information provided by the hotel or supplier.
If there is a problem with a hotel, venue, or supplier service, the client should first contact the relevant hotel, venue, supplier, or partner.
8. Commission and Transparency
Bonatt may receive commission or compensation from hotels, venues, suppliers, or partners when a booking is completed.
This is how Bonatt can offer its sourcing service free of charge to clients.
Bonatt aims to act in the client’s interest by presenting relevant options based on the client’s stated needs. However, commercial agreements with hotels or suppliers may influence which options are available to Bonatt.
9. No Travel Agency Guarantee
Bonatt is not currently a full-service travel agency, tour operator, or package travel provider unless this is clearly stated in writing for a specific service.
Bonatt’s role is to help source and introduce relevant hotels, venues, and suppliers.
If a service qualifies as a package travel arrangement under applicable law, separate terms may apply.
10. Consumer Rights and Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in Norway or the EEA, you may have certain statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
As a general rule, consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain online service purchases. However, Bonatt’s sourcing service is normally provided free of charge to the client, and any booking terms are usually agreed directly with the hotel, venue, supplier, or partner.
Any cancellation or withdrawal rights related to a hotel, venue, event, or accommodation booking will depend on the terms of the relevant hotel, venue, supplier, or partner.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights you may have under Norwegian or EEA law.
11. Business Clients
Many Bonatt requests may come from companies, organizations, or professional clients.
If you submit a request on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
Consumer protection rules may not apply in the same way to business-to-business bookings.

When you submit a request, we may process information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, request details, travel or event preferences, and other information you choose to provide.
We use this information to handle your request, contact relevant hotels or suppliers, communicate with you, and improve our service.
More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
16. Sharing Information with Hotels and Suppliers
To provide the service, Bonatt may share relevant request details with hotels, venues, suppliers, or partners.
We only share information that is reasonably necessary to source options, request offers, or assist with a possible booking.
You should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bonatt is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or other consequential losses.
Bonatt’s liability is limited to losses directly caused by Bonatt’s own proven negligence or breach of these Terms.
Bonatt is not liable for acts, omissions, errors, cancellations, or failures by hotels, venues, suppliers, or partners.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Norwegian law.
18. Changes to the Service
Bonatt may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or service at any time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be published on Bonatt.com. Continued use of the website or service after changes means that you accept the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.
20. Disputes
If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it through dialogue.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be brought before the ordinary courts of Norway, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Consumers may also have access to relevant complaint bodies or consumer authorities under applicable law.
